Sale of Units

If you are planning to place your unit on the market for sale, we require that you notify the Management Office.  This notification must bs made at least 30 days prior to closing. Management will then be able to supply you with information to help sellers, realtors, attorneys, etc. to efficiently transfer any unit and inform prospective buyers what life in a condominium development is all about.

The following papers should be made available to prospective buyers:

  • Association Master Deed (Declaration)
  • Association By-Laws
  • Budget and Schedule of Maintenance Charges Stonegate Village Condominium Association
  • Handbook Transfer Check List
  • Policies and Procedures
  •  Stonegate Website

    Any of these not already in possession of the seller may be procured from the
    Management Office, some of them at cost for reproduction or off the website.
